Datos.gob.es has been updated to incorporate new functionalities with the purpose of contributing more details, both to publishing agencies and users, about the information and activity generated in the portal, while presenting them graphically for better visualization.

In particular, a new management tool - a private dashboard - has been incorporated for public bodies that publish their data in data.gob.es with the aim of facilitating the work of the agency's RPSI manager and enable follow-up of the activity generated after publication of the data sets.

Graphically the following information is displayed:

• evolution of the number of published datasets

most visited datasets

• total distributions and classification of formats of distributions published

• list of active user accounts

• evolution of the number of data availability queries received

• evolution of the number of comments received

All graphs allow a copy to be saved, the data to be downloaded (in CSV, XLSX or JSON), and annotations to be made and printed.

In addition, in response to the demand for information, the management tool or public dashboard has been enriched, and is available to all users from the Impact section, incorporating new graphs that show the evolution of the portal contents and more detailed information on the data sets that make up the Catalog.

The graphs provided by the public dashboard are as follows:

• evolution of monthly visits to data.gob.es

• evolution of content publication: initiatives, applications and cases of reuse

• evolution of the publication of datasets in the portal

• percentage of published data sets ranked by level of administration

categorization of published data sets

• table with the 10 most visited datasets

• percentage of distributions by format (total and by level of administration)

Another important change is the incorporation of a new Feedback Module that simplifies publication for users and makes management and tracking easier for administrators.
