COVID database 2  requesters

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an Internal Medicine resident physician from National Taiwan University, the top academic institution in Taiwan. I’m part of a clinical research team from our Center for Artificial Intelligence, which focuses on big data and machine learning. We’re writing to see if we could be granted access to your public database for research using machine learning models for prediction of mortality from COVID-19 infection.

As our country has a small population, totaling 23,000,000, we don’t have many COVID cases for analysis. Your database is of particular value in that it incorporates chest xray data, which would hopefully bring prediction models to a whole new level. I would be thrilled if it is possible for us to work together on future projects.
