Awardees of public contracts of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands and its instrumental public sector entities, as published on the Public Sector Procurement Platform since 24/07/2017.

The records counted in this table are those that the Public Sector Procurement Platform application sends with the procurement statuses “AWARDED” or “RESOLVED.”

In procurement procedures with several lots, each lot is counted as a separate award.

The publication of minor contracts is subject to the following conditions:

It must be done, at a minimum, quarterly, in accordance with Article 8.1.a of the Transparency Act and Article 63.4 of the Public Sector Contracts Act. Therefore, there may be a slight delay in the publication of information on the Platform.

Supplies and services under €5,000 (minor expenses) are considered minor payments for the purposes of Article 63.4 of Law 9/2017 and do not need to be published in the Contractor Profile (Second Additional Provision of Law 14/2018, of December 28, on the Budget of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands for 2019).

If a contract is below the thresholds established for minor contracts in Article 118 of the Public Sector Contracts Act (€15,000 in general and €40,000 for works contracts), but the open or simplified open procedure has been used, it will not appear in this table.
