Contracting activity of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands and its instrumental public sector entities, as published on the Public Sector Contracting Platform since 24/07/2017.

The records included in this table are those that the Public Sector Contracting Platform application reports as being in the tendering statuses "AWARDED" or "RESOLVED".

The table includes awarded and formalized contracts, those declared void, and those where there have been withdrawals or renunciations. It also includes records with multiple lots, with each lot appearing as a separate row.

The publication of minor contracts is subject to the following conditions:

It must be carried out at least quarterly, in accordance with Articles 8.1.a of the Transparency Law and 63.4 of the Public Sector Contracts Law. Therefore, there may be some delay in the publication of information on the Platform.

Supplies and services under €5,000 (minor expenses) are considered minor payments for the purposes of Article 63.4 of Law 9/2017 and should not be published in the Contractor's Profile (Second Additional Provision of Law 14/2018, of December 28, on the budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands for 2019).

Since Article 36 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, does not require formalization of minor contracts, even if they appear on the Platform as "RESOLVED" or "AWARDED", they may sometimes appear as "AWARDED" and other times as "FORMALIZED".

If, despite the contract amount being below the thresholds established for minor contracts in Article 118 of the Public Sector Contracts Law (€15,000 in general and €40,000 for works contracts), an open or simplified open procedure has been used, it will not appear in this table.
