Description

Contains information on offences committed by minors as recorded in juvenile court sentences executed in the Balearic Islands. Each record corresponds to a Penal Code article applied in a sentence and includes the offence type, offence group, group and type codes, the specific Penal Code article, the date the offence was committed, sex, case file and sentence references, and geographical origin (province and autonomous community). The dataset covers offences both committed in the Balearic Islands and in other Spanish autonomous communities with execution in the Balearic territory.
