Healthy Walking Routes around Health Centres

Geographic dataset containing the routes of the healthy walking itineraries designed by the Department of Health, Family and Social Welfare of the Government of the Balearic Islands. The routes are represented as polylines running through the surroundings of health centres across the islands, each linked to a reference health centre and an island. Attributes include route name, length in kilometres, colour coding, and a link to supplementary information. The project was developed with the participation of local organisations, associations, residents, and municipal authorities, with the aim of promoting group physical activity, social cohesion, and community health.
