Description

It is a statistical operation of the National Statistical Plan, carried out every two years by the Subdirectorate General of Statistics and Studies of the Ministry in cooperation with the statistical services of the Ministries/Departments of Education of the Autonomous Communities and with the collaboration of the National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training. Information is provided on the situation of information and communication technologies in public and private non-university centers of the General Regime (excluding centers exclusively for Pre-school Education), accompanied by the statistical methodology used. It also presents the time series of the main data and indicators since the 2002-2003 academic year, the academic year for which this statistic was definitively implemented. Until the 2014-15 academic year it was annual and subsequently it has a biennial periodicity.
