This repository contains the necessary run files, input data, and output files required to reproduce the simulations and results presented in the paper titled "Offline Fennel: A High-Performance and Computationally Efficient Biogeochemical Model within the Regional Ocean Modeling System (ROMS)" - implementation in the Northern Gulf of Mexico.
