Goio is a virtual assistant powered by Turismo de Tenerife whose goal is to improve the experience of both residents and visitors to the island. It combines tourist information, smart mobility and advanced conversational services to offer personalised recommendations, answer questions and facilitate the planning of activities and travel on the island.
Developed with artificial intelligence technologies and cognitive services, Goio offers text and voice interaction capabilities. Although it is currently in the learning process, it is capable of responding to thousands of queries daily, providing up-to-date information and accompanying the user throughout their trip to Tenerife. Access to a catalogue of more than 4,000 activities and points of interest on the island.
