Dataset from the official register of tourist dwellings and tourist stays in residential properties on the island of Mallorca, managed by the Consell de Mallorca (Island Council) through its Directorate for Tourism Transition and Planning. It covers two main categories: tourist stays in dwellings in areas with limited tourist capacity (ETVPL) and holiday tourist dwellings (HTV). For each property, the dataset includes the commercial name, building typology (detached, apartment block, etc.), registration number, registration date, municipality, neighbourhood, number of rooms, tourist bed capacity, and geographic coordinates. Data is sourced from the Island Register of Tourism Businesses, Activities and Establishments and is updated periodically.
