Kohesio is a comprehensive knowledge database that provides easy and transparent access to up-to-date information on projects and beneficiaries co-financed by the EU cohesion policy during the 2014-2020 programming period.  

This application is based on W3C semantic web open standards and open source tools. Its database currently contains more than 1.5 million projects and approximately 500 000 beneficiaries.  

The EU Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy is responsible for gradually enriching Kohesio with new projects and beneficiaries for the programming period 2021-2027, in close cooperation with EU Member States and program authorities.  

All datasets are available in CSV/XLSX and RDF format (see "Services" page).  

EU Member States and program authorities publish lists of operations and related beneficiaries under their reporting and communication obligations Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013, Annex XII[, and Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, Article 49].  

Kohesio aggregates and standardizes the data in these lists of operations. All data published in the lists are the responsibility of the respective managing authorities.

Precioil.es is a web platform where it is possible to consult information about gas stations located in Spain and their current prices.   

Through a search engine, it is possible to locate gas stations in a given area and select the type of fuel and brand. In the information of each of the stations you can find not only the prices, but also the address, opening hours, location and other details of interest, as well as the price history of the last week.   

Precioil.es also shows the evolution of the average prices per type of fuel in Spain for the last seven days, the data of the daily average prices per brand and the average prices per province. It also has a directory of all service stations in the country.   

Open data on fuel prices in Spain have been used for its development.

 This application is a map in which about 70% of the fatal cyclist hit-and-runs on Spanish roads in the last fifteen years are geolocated. Each point on the map represents a fatal hit-and-run and contains the following information: cyclists killed, date and time, road, circumstances of the driver, link to Google Street View and to the source of information.   

 The dataset used is made up of accident data from the Dirección General de Tráfico and information obtained from the consultation of more than 300 news items on hit-and-runs in the digital version of different media.   

 From the data obtained, the application shows in which provinces there have been a greater number of accidents or in which time slot and day of the week they are more frequent.

•  Information has also been extracted from more than 300 news items on road accidents. 

This application is a tool that presents in real time the costs of electricity in Spain for the Regulated Tariff PVPC (Voluntary Price for Small Consumers). The objective is that any user can check the hours with the lowest electricity costs in order to save on their electricity bill.

Different graphs of the price of electricity hour by hour are offered, as well as useful data for users obtained from the open API of ESIOS (Red Eléctrica de España). All these graphs and data show information about fluctuations in the price of electricity in Spain.

Designed with data from the Community of Madrid, this initiative has made it possible to monitor the recovery process after COVID-19 in sectors such as transport, tourism and public safety.

The tool has been developed with the aim of understanding not only the impact, but also the degree of recovery that some services and activities have experienced after the pandemic in Madrid.

Thus, through open data portals, the application offers interactive visualizations with the following variables:

In each panel, conclusions can be known based on data on the state of recovery of each parameter, a situation that varies depending on the sector. While on-street drinking and AirbnB tourism see higher activity, metro ridership is still lower than pre-pandemic data.

The UNA Women application offers a personalized dashboard with training options for young women according to their socioeconomic circumstances.   

The main objective of the project is to contribute to reducing the gender employment gap. For this purpose, the company ITER IDEA has used more than 6 million lines of data processed from different sources, such as data.europa.eu, Eurostat, Censis, Istat (Italian National Institute of Statistics) or NUMBEO. 

In terms of user experience, the application first asks the user to fill in a form to find out key data about the person seeking information: age, education or professional sector, training budget, etc. Once the data has been collected, the app offers an interactive map with all the training options in Europe. Each city has a panel that shows interesting data about studies, cost of living in the city, etc.

La Biblioteca Nacional de España (BNE) ha publicado la relación de autores españoles cuya obra pasa a ser de domino público. En 2022 serán 142 los autores del catálogo de la BNE cuya obra queda libre de derechos. En este caso, se trata de los fallecidos en 1941, en base a la Ley de Propiedad intelectual. Cabe destacar que los derechos de explotación de una obra en España se mantienen durante 70 años después de la muerte del autor, pero para los autores fallecidos antes del 7 de diciembre de 1987, el plazo es de 80 años.

La BNE publica estos datos en diferentes formatos para favorecer su uso y reutilización. Además, ofrece información adicional como el lugar de nacimiento.

Para que los visitantes puedan acceder a esta información fácilmente, la BNE ha desarrollado un mapa interactivo. Se trata de una herramienta web de visualización que permite consultar de una manera sencilla la distribución geográfica de los orígenes de los autores. La información se puede filtrar por nombre de autor, por provincia o por ocupación principal.

MAdb es una aplicación web que muestra a través de un mapa el nivel de ruido que afecta a cada edificio, fachada y planta de Madrid, y lo relaciona con los riesgos para la salud.

La aplicación se asemeja a un cuadro de mando dividido en 3 partes:

• A la izquierda se puede visualizar los datos generales correspondientes a la zona de mapa visible, como el número de viviendas o el año en el que se consolidó la zona. También se muestran los niveles medios de ruido tanto en horario diurno como nocturno y la distribución de edificios por exposición al ruido.
• En el centro se sitúa un mapa dinámico en 2D y 3D según el nivel de zoom. El usuario puede elegir qué tipo de ruido muestra el mapa: fachada más expuesta o menos, ruido interior o exterior, ruido nocturno y diurno.
• A la derecha se muestra información detallada para cada edificio sobre el que hacemos click en el mapa. Además, el usuario puede conocer los riesgos para la salud derivados de residir en la planta concreta que haya seleccionado y compararlos tanto con la zona visible del mapa como con la totalidad de Madrid. Entre otros riesgos, el usuario puede saber la proporción de ingresos o la mortalidad por problemas cardiovasculares o respiratorios.

EMAdb es una plataforma abierta, gratuita, reusable y redistribuible para uso NO comercial, creada en base a programas libres y de código abierto como GitLab, Docker CE, PostGIS o QGIS.

Es una aplicación para dispositivos móviles, disponible para Android, que diseña itinerarios óptimos en la ciudad de Valladolid para ciclistas urbanos. Realiza cálculos de rutas urbanas priorizando el recorrido por la red de carriles-bici existentes en la ciudad.Esta aplicación de movilidad basada en información abierta calcula la ruta, desde la ubicación del usuario hasta el punto de préstamo público de bicis o aparcabicis más cercano, y ofrece un visor web.

Utiliza la red de carriles bici existente y propone al usuario itinerarios urbanos seguros para circular de un punto a otro de la ciudad, a través de 7 "líneas virtuales", cuyo trazado se asemeja a un plano de metro urbano. También recoge los puntos en los que existen aparcamientos para bicicletas y las estaciones del sistema de alquiler de bicicletas municipal "VallaBici", facilitando el enlace con este sistema para obtener información sobre disponibilidad de bicicletas.

Utiliza datos abiertos sobre el número de usuarios de bicicleta y sus itinerarios, así como el uso que hacen de los sistemas públicos de préstamo de bicicletas.
