Its mission is to organize the urban planning information around the world and make it useful and accessible.

To do this, they offer a digital, precise, powerful and easy-to-use tool that accesses all properties and their associated urban planning information (Urban Planning Laws, PGOUs, cadastre, ...), dynamically updated, and presented in graphic and friendly format.

Key to success:


Urban planning regulations are complex, because it changes depending on the Autonomous Community and each municipality has its own regulations. Most of the time, the documents are in pdf with jpg drawings, with poor quality. The mission of VisualUrb is to organize the regulations that have a double text and plan format, coordinating the application hierarchy and developing an interactive map in which the regulations can be consulted. Currently, its urban planning database covers more than 92% of the real estate business of the Community of Madrid.

Future plans:


  • Year 2020, the Urban Planning Database of the Province of Barcelona will be carried out.
  • Year 2021, the Urban Planning Database of the Provinces of Alicante and Valencia will be carried out.
  • Year 2022, Málaga, Sevilla, Córdoba, Jaén, Almería, Huelva and Cádiz.
