Open Data Incubator: Call for proposals opened for SMEs and Start-ups with financial support up to €100,000

The Open Data Incubator for Europe (ODINE) supports Start-ups and Small and Medium Enterprises that build sustainable business based on open data. This incubator is aimed at open data entrepreneurs across Europe and the programme is funded with a €7.8m grant from the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme.
ODINE’s mission is to support the next generation of digital businesses and support them to fast-track the development of their products, championing the best of European digital talent and look forward to more outstanding companies to incubate. Within the six-months incubation programme, start-ups and SMEs not only receive business and data training, but they can assist at different events organized to join synergies and create an international network that makes European digital economy grow. Additionally, ODINE programme fosters the wider open data ecosystem by providing a number of resources such as training material, tools and reports to consolidate the re-use of public information in Europe.
