Indicators of Sustainable Development of Cantabria

Description

In 2015, the UN approved the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development, in which 17 goals and 169 goals were set, ranging from the elimination of poverty to the fight against climate change, education, women's equality, the defense of the environment or the design of our cities. For its follow-up, 232 indicators were designed that can be measured through the statistical series that are collected here.

The statistical series shown are harmonized and are comparable between the different autonomies as they are the result of the joint work of the different Central Statistical Bodies of the Autonomous Communities (OCECAS). In turn, in line with the open data policy, the series can be downloaded in open formats and reused according to the Institute's license.

Indicators of Sustainable Development of Cantabria is a statistical operation under construction, to which new series will be incorporated depending on the availability of new data from official sources.

The Cantabrian Institute of Statistics (ICANE) publishes on a website the Sustainable Development Indicators of Cantabria in which all the organized indicators can be consulted by goals and objectives. It is also possible to access the calculation methodology for each of the indicators and graphic representations of the data.
